Meet Our Team
Caleb Maloney
Executive Director
Caleb Maloney serves as the Executive Director of Mission Texarkana. A lifelong resident of Texarkana, he has been dedicated to serving the homeless community since 2011. He began this work by helping fill service gaps, distributing food and supplies on weekends when many organizations were closed.
He has been involved in pastoral ministry since the age of 18, and in 2013 he began filling the pulpit at Church Under the Bridge as needed. Prior to joining the Mission in 2022, Caleb served as an HVAC instructor at Texarkana College. He also serves as Pastor of Oaklawn Baptist Church.
Terrie Milligan
Operations Coordinator
Terrie Milligan serves as the Operations Coordinator for Mission Texarkana. She oversees the daily operations of our feeding and resource center. Terrie was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but was raised in Texarkana, Texas. Her professional background includes caregiving and volunteering with Arkansas High School concessions. She attends 1st Bikers Church Texarkana and enjoys serving in her various volunteer roles, as well as spending time with her children.
Jade Bredenberg
Program Coordinator
Jade Bredenberg is Mission Texarkana’s Program Coordinator. She is from Fouke, Arkansas, and graduated from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia with her bachelor’s in social work. Her previous work experience included hospice, domestic violence, and children services. She considers herself an adventurer and enjoys traveling and seeing new places.
Darlene Harlene
Thrift Store Manager
Darlene Harden is the Mission Texarkana Thrift Store Manager. She is a native of Texarkana, Arkansas, and has a wealth of knowledge regarding antique, vintage, and resale merchandise. She is a member of Cowboy church and enjoys fishing in her free time.
